When using a computer, some temporary files are generated by visiting a webpage, uninstalling programs, or doing something else. Some temporary files may get corrupted, causing the mouse not working or responding in Windows 11/10.

However, it is easy to remove these temporary files: you just need to restart your computer. After that, you can go to check if you can use the mouse as usual.

Solution 2: Re-Connect the Mouse or Use another USB Port
